- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the [WeddingTime] website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.
- Services Overview
WeddingTime (operated by Souvik Sengupta) offers photography and videography services for events including but not limited to weddings, pre-weddings, modeling, maternity, newborn, family, corporate, and other life events (collectively, “Services”).
- Bookings & Payment
- All bookings must be made via the Site or by contacting our team directly.
- Specific event packages, fees, and cancellation policies will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals.
- Unless otherwise agreed, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payments are due per the terms in the contract.
- Changes & Cancellations
- You may request changes to your booking details (date, location, etc.). Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- Cancellation by the client must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. Refunds for other payments are subject to our cancellation policy outlined in the booking agreement.
- Delivery & Revisions
- Final photographs or videos will be delivered in the agreed format (digital gallery, USB, etc.) within a specified timeframe post-event.
- Minor edits may be requested free of charge within a reasonable scope and time after delivery. Major re-edits, additional services, or rush deliverables may incur additional fees.
- Copyright & Usage Rights
- All content (photos, videos, graphics) produced by WeddingTime remains the exclusive property of Souvik Sengupta.
- Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Any commercial use (e.g., advertising, promotional materials) must be authorized in writing and may require an additional license and fee.
- Model Release
By booking and participating in photography/videography services, you grant WeddingTime and its affiliates the right to use the produced media for promotional, marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes—unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure cooperation during shoots (e.g., being on time, following agreed schedules, securing access permits, etc.). WeddingTime is not liable for delays or disruptions due to client or venue-related issues.
- Limitation of Liability
WeddingTime will carry out services with professional care but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In any case of proven liability, the maximum remedy is limited to a refund of fees paid for the affected services.
- Third-Party Platforms & Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party networks (e.g., social media). We’re not responsible for their content or practices. Your interactions with external platforms are conducted solely between you and those platforms.
- Privacy Policy
